Financial Matters
Norton Parish Council’s annual return (annual governance statement and accounting statements see below) need to be reviewed by an external auditor appointed by the Public Sector Audit Appointments Limited. Any person interested has a right to inspect the accounting records for the financial year to which the audit relates and all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers and receipts and any other documents relating to those records or documents.
These documents for Norton Parish Council are to be made available following submission to the external auditor for a period of 30 working days commencing on a date determined by the external auditor.
