Financial Matters
Norton Parish Council’s annual return, the AGAR (Annual Governance and Accountability Return) needs to be reviewed by an external auditor appointed by the Public Sector Audit Appointments Limited.
Any person interested has a right to inspect the accounting records for the financial year to which the audit relates, and all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers, receipts, or any other documents relating to those records or documents.
The documents for Norton Parish Council are to be made available following submission to the external auditor for 30 working days commencing on a date determined by the external auditor.
