Norton Chat ‘n’ Do
The Chat ‘n’ Do group is now meeting again in a Covid secure manner.
Norton Chat ‘n’ Do is a community group run by and for the community. It was started in May 2014 with the objective of providing a place for members of the community to meet together for a cuppa and a chat. It meets every Wednesday 10.00 -11.30 in the Norton Community Hall.
At a cost of £2 you can have cups of coffee or tea and cakes, scones or biscuits, the charge is also to cover the hire of the hall. In addition to a friendly chat the group organises quizzes, word searches, craft activities, guest speakers, Beetle Drives, Bingo and occasional trips out ( Chatsworth, Yorkshire Wildlife Park, Hornsea Garden Centre) and sometimes a meal out.
