Police Community Support Officers

Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) work within neighbourhood policing teams alongside their police officer colleagues. They carry out a number of key duties which help to enhance the safety of the public and work in the communities to ensure that the Force delivers the service which the public wants. They work closely with partners like local authority neighbourhood wardens and members of local residents’ groups and neighbourhood watches to help find long-term solutions to local problems
